-help those cancer sufferers and their families =)


To participate in RFL, you recruit friends, family, or anyone else to join in a relay team. In the weeks leading up to the event, each team member raises money by collecting pledges.
On relay day, team members take turns walking around the track to ensure that someone is on the track at all times.

In each RFL, it starts with the survivor's lap, a testimony that so many people are surviving cancer. They walk the first lap around the track.

The most inspirational time of the relay is the Luminaria Ceremony which happens at dusk when we honor cancer survivors and remember those who have lost their battle with the disease.
A luminaria is a small bag filled with sand holding a small candle. When the candle is lit, the luminaria casts a warm, golden glow. All luminarias are placed side-by-side in the in-field around the track. After sunset, the luminarias are lit and remain lit throughout the night to light the way for walkers and to create a path of hope.


RFL is also a celebration for caregivers who give their time, love and support to friends, family and neighbours who face cancer.


This is the opportunity for you to lend a hand for them. You will gain good lucks as you did something good/charity, especially for those who will have their AS or examinations on 24th May onwards, if you wish to pass with flying colours, participate in RFL is the best choice ever. :D

To : 10a.m., 30th May 2010
Venue : MSN Training Stadium, Bukit Jalil

I miss to shake hand with opponent before and after the game, either won them in the game and shake hand happily OR lose in game but don't feel like shake hand with them at all. xDDDDDD!
I miss I press the timer until my opponent and I stand up to continue the game. xD participants and judges were like "woww".
I miss I almost fainted after each round and forced to continue. cilaka babi betul.
